Cartoons Underground is betting its 15th edition on the next generation

Southeast Asia’s longest-standing independent animation festival returns to Filmhouse on 14 November with 28 shorts from 17 countries and its first programme for children. The festival’s wager: audiences still want animation made by human hands.
