Free listing or Concierge?
A free listing goes out under your own details, and creatives apply directly to you. Concierge is for when you'd rather hand it over: GigDay posts it as "Managed by GigDay", presents creatives and handles the admin until the gig is booked. Your identity stays hidden until you confirm.
What does the introduction fee cover?
The 20% introduction and service fee applies only to Concierge and is calculated on the listing price. It covers presenting and shortlisting creatives, the introduction, and the admin until the gig is booked: your agreement and Gig confirmation PDF.
How fast will I hear back?
We review every brief within 24 hours. Free listings go live as soon as they're approved, and creatives can apply right away.
What if I need to cancel?
Before the introduction fee is paid, cancel any time and nothing is owed. After it's paid, the fee isn't refunded; the creative's own deposit and notice terms apply. If your creative withdraws, GigDay offers a replacement or refunds the fee.
